Sommelier, Noel Sorrenti, has a great deal of experience with wines from al

l over the world, including France, where he is originally from. Noel loves his wine and suggesting what will go best with your chosen meal. Summer Salt is one of only two restaurants in Sydney that serve Grade 9 Wagyu Beef. This is a must-try! As well as the Chef's Signature Dish, Roast Duck.
