Our Chef's Menu is $95pp for groups of four or more, featuring his personal favourites from across the menu, including Hiramasa kingfish, salt and pepper fried calamari, crispy pork belly bites, Tajima Wagyu rump, our signature basted half rack of pork ribs, and classic tiramisu, just to name a few.
