Meet Chef Franz — the man behind the fire. 🔥🥩

For Chef Franz, a great steak comes down to the details — quality beef, the right seasoning and knowing exactly how to work the flame.

At 500 Degrees, we even let you choose the salt that finishes your steak:

🧂 Sea Salt
🌿 Garlic & Herb Salt
🔥 Smoked Salt

You choose the salt. Franz brings the fire.

Which one are you choosing?

Exceptional steaks doesn’t start on the grill. It starts weeks earlier. 🥩

Behind the scenes at 500 Degrees, selected cuts are carefully dry-aged in-house to develop deeper flavour and tenderness.

Then our team butchers them in-house before they meet the final ingredient:

🔥 Fire.

Dry aged.
Butchered in-house.
Cooked over open flame.

That’s the craft behind the steak on your plate.
