Russ Berry founded Luna W**e Store in early 202. Located in the heritage-listed former Norco Butter Factory in the heart of Byron Bay, Luna has become a destination for thoughtfully sourced w**es, focusing strongly on small, independent w**emakers, often grower-producers, and good farming practices.

Every bottle on the shelves is either organically or biodynamically farmed, reflecting Luna’s belief that exceptional w**e begins with healthy vineyards and considered farming practices. Community-driven and independent, Luna champions producers who prioritise quality, authenticity, and respect for the land.

For Vol. 03, Luna brings that same approach to the full weekend, selecting the w**es to pour alongside Pete Campbell’s food. The bottles are staying under wraps for now, with plenty to discover across lunch, dinner and the Listening Night.

For one night, Sea Sea’s gallery becomes a listening room. Music moves with Pete Campbell’s food, Luna W**e Store’s w**es and the changing pace of dinner, played through Atlas Harmonic’s handcrafted Tufnel and Zeus system.

Nick van Tiel has played clubs and festivals from New York and London to Sydney and Miami. As Head of Music & Nightlife for Merivale Group, he curates music across more than 100 venues, with work spanning Sydney institutions ivy and Chinese Laundry, alongside JAM Record Bar and its 15,000-record collection.

Founded by sound artist and designer Atlas Gouverneur , ATLAS HARMONIC creates handcrafted loudspeakers that sit between functional sculpture and serious sound. Its large-format Tufnel and Zeus system draws inspiration from the iconic horn loudspeakers of the mid-1900s, combining their effortless dynamics and warmth with modern acoustic engineering for sound that feels both nostalgic and lifelike. Atlas Harmonic systems have powered listening sessions with Gilles Peterson and inspired a limited-edition collaboration with ZIMMERMANN.

Pete Campbell, best known for his appearance on MasterChef Season 13, has honed his skills in some of Sydney’s top kitchens, including Quay and, most recently, Poly. His style blends refined technique with creativity, shaped by a dynamic and wide-ranging culinary journey.

A taste of what’s coming: Sticks & Bits from the outdoor grill, Surf & Turf Toast and warm Milo mousse with burnt marshmallow ice cream, with plenty more saved for the weekend. W**es throughout by Luna W**e Store.
