We’re excited to introduce a new, mug sized hot drink for just $4.

This new size will help our team develop valuable workplace skills, including learning new coffee and milk portioning, improving consistency and building confidence with money handling.

By purchasing any drink from Every One Café, you’re supporting our team as they learn, grow and gain practical experience.

As always, every dollar raised through our café is donated to the Cranbourne SES, helping support the incredible work they do within our local community.

We are delighted to announce that with the help of our community and the amazing efforts of each and every one of our team, we have raised $7,278 to date this year for the SES Cranbourne Unit.

Our team volunteer their time each and every week and build on their skills and we couldn't be prouder. Huge thanks to Amstel Club for funding 100% of our cafe.

Together, let's see if we can reach our goal of $11,000 dollars raised by the end of the year.

Our biggest two weeks in history! 🎉

Over the holidays, our cafe made more than 350 drinks and sold over 240 sweet treats in 4 sessions. Our customers ditched the gloomy weather and umbrellas and were warmly welcomed into our café, with every session reaching full capacity!

We are incredibly thankful for the support of our community and proud to offer this fast-paced, real-life learning opportunity, helping our team build valuable skills, gain confidence and improve their job readiness in a bustling café environment.

Every One Café is proud to be the only place offering this unique kind of hands-on learning opportunity, a space where learning, growth, connection and community come together.

AMSTEL CLUB WINS COMMUNITY CLUBS VICTORIA AWARD

We are incredibly proud to announce that Amstel Club has been recognised by Community Clubs Victoria with the award for Best Mental and Social Wellbeing Project/Initiative.

This award means so much to our entire team. It recognises the planning, funding, training and commitment that has gone into creating and supporting our café initiative, as well as the positive difference it continues to make within our community.

A special congratulations and thank you must go to our management team, whose vision and dedication helped bring this initiative to life.

Most importantly, we celebrate our amazing café team members who arrive each week with enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to being part of something special. Their growth, confidence and contribution are at the heart of this award.

This recognition is about much more than receiving a trophy. It celebrates inclusion, opportunity, connection and the important role community clubs can play in supporting mental and social wellbeing.

Today was an absolute blur, filled with so many new faces, so much support from our community and the most drinks that we have ever made!

Aaaannnnddd we cannot wait to do it all over again tomorrow.

Our doors are open from 10am - 11.30am and we suggest getting in early to get a table as we reached capacity today.

We will also be open next week, as we welcome our school holiday crowds.

A little reminder from Every One Cafe

When you visit Every One Cafe, please remember to bring cash along with you.

We are proudly a cash-only café, with every dollar raised donated directly to the SES Cranbourne Unit in support of the amazing work they do for our local community.

Using cash also gives our team a wonderful opportunity to practice money-handling skills, build confidence, and see the impact of their hard work at the end of each café session.

EFTPOS is not available during café sessions, so we truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Every One Café is more than just a café — it is a stepping stone to opportunities, growth, confidence, and employment in the hospitality industry.

We are incredibly proud of the pathways we create, and today we wanted to share the success story of one of our wonderful team members, Narisara.

Narisara started with us in February 2025 and has been such a valued part of the Every One Café team. She arrived to us having already been fully barista trained but wanting to build on her social and customer service skills, strengthen her food handling and drink preparation skills, and during her time with us has gained many hours of hands-on training and support.

Narisara also developed skills in marketing and menu development, contributing to the café in ways that went well beyond day-to-day service. The photos attached to this post capture just some of her journey — from learning new skills, building confidence, and being part of our team, to preparing for the next exciting chapter in her hospitality career.

After 18 months with us, we are delighted that Narisara is now taking the skills, confidence, and experience she has gained into further opportunities within the hospitality industry.

Narisara, we are so proud of your growth and all that you have achieved. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of Every One Café. We wish you all the very best as you take these next steps.
