We're hiring at Gingerbird Espresso.
Gingerbird Espresso in Cowra is growing, and we're looking for good people to join the team and help us create energising experiences.
Two kinds of role are open:
Food & Beverage Attendant (with supervisor pathway)
Permanent part-time, 24 guaranteed hours per week. Weekend availability required. You'd be rostered across food prep, coffee, and front-of-house, with a genuine pathway to supervising shifts for the right person.
Casual Food & Beverage Attendants — Weekend
Flexible weekend shifts across food prep, coffee, and front-of-house. A reliable casual role with a quality team, well suited to students or anyone after steady weekend work. Happy to take on more than one good person.
What matters most to us: genuine warmth, attention to detail, and someone who enjoys making people's day. Coffee or hospitality experience is a plus, but the right attitude comes first.
