were the original Chefs at Mad Cowes and helped greatly toward the success they enjoy then and today.Then they went on to open Temuku Soul Food in Rhyll, Little Honey in San Remo, and now Cafe Blue Bamboo on the Beautiful Esplanade in Cowes at Erehwon Point.
