Hand-stretching preserves the air developed during our slow fermentation, creating the light, airy crust and beautifully blistered edges that make woodfired pizza so special. Every base is slightly different 🌀because real craftsmanship isn’t about making every pizza identical, it’s about making every pizza with care.
It’s slower. It’s more hands-on. And it’s one of the reasons our pizzas taste the way they do.
