We’re excited to officially introduce ourselves as the new owners of Cafe Copa! 🌊☕️
Firstly, we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone in the community for the warm welcome and support we’ve received since taking over the cafe. It truly means a lot to us.
While you’ll notice the new name, we’d like to reassure everyone that many of the things you already know and love are staying the same including our amazing team and Glee coffee beans.
Over the next week we’ll be introducing exciting new menu items, featuring fresh flavours, delicious lunch options, sweet treats, and a few new favourites we can’t wait for you to try.
This is just the beginning, and we have plenty of exciting ideas planned for Cafe Copa. We look forward to sharing the journey with you and creating a welcoming space where locals and visitors can enjoy great food, great coffee, and one of the best views on the Central Coast.
