🌱 Sometimes growth means doing things differently.

We’ve decided to close Cooyal Hotel on Monday afternoons - our quietest part of the week.

This gives us the opportunity to put our team’s time and talents where they can make the biggest difference: supporting our busier days, looking after our guests and helping the pub grow.

We’re proud of our people and what they bring to Cooyal. Giving them more opportunity to make an impact is part of building a stronger future for this little bush pub.

We were lucky enough to host one last week, and we’ve got one more this Friday, 25 September. 💒✨ This will be the last one for a little while!

🍽️ Friday dinner will be limited to bookings only
🚫 No takeaway meals Friday night
