A quick Seoul trip to reset & reinspire.

We’re so grateful to have the opportunity to bring two new concepts to life and it’s only because of our community’s support and positive encouragement that we feel the confidence to do so.
bne & .bne will be two more small, focussed venues filled with the soul and personalities of the team, opening this December, right next door to Snug.

This of course means we’re looking for like-minded chefs, apprentices, front of house and shop assistants of all levels to support our senior team in bringing these venues to life! On special this week - a breakfast burger gets the Korean treatment. Inside is marinated pork cheek, gently roasted and glazed until tender, kimchi sautéed in duck fat and a runny fried egg.

Local yellowfin, cucumber & alfalfa classically dressed in chogochujang over rice with tobiko, an egg yolk and gamtae for wrapping.

Tad spicy, very refreshing and on for the next little while.

A clarification of soju, nashi pear, and omija berries, finished with shiso and roasted wild sesame oil — hitting our cocktail menu with grace.
