To our valued Coop’s fans - When we first opened, our dream was to run our little delivery restaurant for a while before opening a full restaurant in 2022. However, with the ongoing staffing crisis affecting most hospitality businesses, along with supply chain issues and the ongoing threat of covid restrictions, we unfortunately no longer believe it will be feasible to commit to a full restaurant this year. As such we have made the difficult decision to close our doors. Our last day of trade will be Saturday 8th January. Thank you to everyone that has supported us on this journey, we truly appreciate all of you and we hope to be able to serve you one last time for a burger or a cheeky apple pie! ❤️
