A busy weekend full of Weddings, Engagements, Formals, Sports Presentations and Christmas Parties.

Only 2 spots left for Saturday the 20th of December. Saturday the 6th and 13th - fully booked
Friday the 19th - fully booked
Thursday the 18th - fully booked for lunch events
Friday the 12th - fully booked
All remaining dates have minimal availability left.

This year we have decided to close for an extended period. Our administration office will be closed from Friday the 19th of December at 5pm (Our operational side will remain open until Christmas Eve. For all those with bookings we will ensure you have our after hours contact details). We will reopen on Monday the 19th of January 2026 at 9am.

📣📣📣Looking to earn additional income leading up to Christmas???

Queensland Spit Roast are currently hiring Casual Catering Staff for the Christmas period. Most shifts are primarily Saturday nights however, during our Christmas period shifts will be available throughout the week as well. Ideal position for someone looking to earn additional income or Mum's looking to get out and meet new people whilst earning some extra $.

Must have a current drivers license and car. Our factory is located at Coopers Plains however, these positions require travel to various locations across SEQ.

We are looking for individuals or teams to be trained up to manage functions independently as well as Catering Assistants. Positions involve Food Preparation as well as service. Each shift is approximately 4-5 hours onsite. Full training will be provided.

If you're a quick learner, well presented, a good communicator, have an eye for detail, able to work solo as well as part of a team and have a can do attitude we'd love to hear from you. Please send your resume to [email protected] or DM.
