The owners drew on a memorable trip filled with lasting memories on the style of mexican cuisine they enjoyed from their time down along the Baja California coastline. Ranging from Cabo San Lucas on the peninsula tip up to Tijuana in the north and they may even crept across the boarder to bring classic favourites like guacamole, fresh salsa and quesadillas back to the Aussies. With a strong love of keeping a great traditional style thriving through consistency, its these flavours that have resinated with our fantastic guess since 1985. And it is this that has become our passion and reasoning to keep bringing lasting enjoyable memories that endure for a life time in our guess.
