Christmas bookings are now open at Cooly Breeze.

This year’s Traditional Set Menu brings a Mediterranean-inspired Christmas feast to the table, designed to be shared and enjoyed together. Expect freshly shucked Coffin Bay oysters, premium Australian seafood, a selection of roasted meats, and a decadent spread of desserts - all brought directly to your table to share.

Every ticket includes a 3-hour premium drinks package, so all that’s left to do is settle in, celebrate and enjoy Christmas with the people you love.

For one night only, our kitchen presents a specially curated five-course menu, each course thoughtfully paired with a selection of distinguished Penfolds wines — from elegant whites through to some of the house’s most celebrated reds. Every pairing has been chosen to complement the menu and showcase the depth, character and heritage behind one of Australia’s most celebrated wine houses.

Sixteen years across two continents built this menu.

Marcondes Almeida Neto trained in London kitchens, then followed his passion for Mediterranean seafood to Italy, where he learned just how central it is to European cooking. Today, as our executive chef and owner, he brings that experience to Coolangatta. Bringing Europe to Australia, and Australia to Europe, one plate at a time.

It’s this exact blend of technique, produce, and instinct that’s made Cooly Breeze the Southern Gold Coast’s reference point for Mediterranean fine dining.
