After the storms we are needing to reset in the cafe and take some time for ourselves and our families

Our Story

Hi there, this is Ally here.

The Flowerpot Coffee Shop is meant for the Conondale, Aherns Road, Witta and Reeseville, Harper’s Creek, Kenilworth surrounds, and Crystal Waters community -- anyone that has to drive at least a half an hour to do their shopping and might want a place of relaxation a little closer to home. Of course, the Maleny community is MOST welcome!

In addition to serving refreshing beverages and homemade sweets that deliciously suit all diets, we have an all-day Breakfast menu on our open days (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 9:30-2:30ish pm) featuring Crystal Waters Sourdough Bakery bread, free-range eggs, and RSPCA-approved bacon. On the weekends, Flynn makes an amazing Hollendaise sauce. We sell Maleny Pie Guy pies, rolls and pasties (oven-heated); the creation of another fine local business headquartered in Witta. The Flowerpot also offers a cooperative outlet for Crystal Waters residents and friends to sell their own artistic creations such as clothing, artwork, homegrown produce and plants - and boy, are they talented!

The Crystal Waters Market, a joyous occasion occuring on the first Saturday of every month, is by far our busiest day and a lovely one for visiting the community. But we also enjoy our regular hours, where there is plenty of time to socialise in the sun, catch up with one another, play music, laugh, and free-range the children.
