We are looking for a great barista for our Monday and Tuesday shifts every week!

At LM&O we are a small & stable team. We take great pride in what we do, we work hard, and we have fun whilst doing it!

We are looking foir an amazing barista, passionate about all things coffee, up to date with Melbourne specialty coffee standards, with top-notch customer service skills, and keen on building great relationships with our regulars. your job is to maker sure all customers are enjouying a fantastic coffee and a great experience every single time.

You will:
- have solid experience in good volume coffee and fast paced environment.
- be confident with specialty coffee standards, good latte art is a plus.
- have outstanding customer service: love people, smiling, being friendly, energetic, outgoing, ready to make someone's day.
- be reliable, punctual & responsible.

We offer:
An exciting role with responsabilities in a fun, vibrant, supportive, friendly environment, with competitive rates and great hours.
