Hi team! Fresh from a much needed pause, as we continue to decide on our new location, we note tomorrows weather is looking pretty damn perfect for an alfresco pop-up, with highs of 23 and fair chance of delicious dairy free yuzu soft serve. We’ll be taking over bunny bar in St Kilda for the whole day tomorrow ( TUESDAY ) and will be serving all your sushi faves plus a whole bunch more including loaded flatbreads, Japanese fried chicken, ramen fried chicken burgers, kimchi fries, truffle edamame, Peking duck pancakes, cold beer and more. Relax in our outdoor diner or grab and go. And for those that can’t make lunch, we’ll be there til 7pm - maybe later - full vegan venue, tomorrow and every Tuesday until further notice - and if you can’t make tomorrow, we hope to be selling sushi to go, same location, this Saturday. If we’re still friends and you miss our crispy plant-based chicken, we’re popping our first parma night tomorrow from 5pm. Come on in from 5pm Wednesdays, grab a seat, grab a drink and sink your hungry mouths into parma, chips and salad for $22. The awkward moment you find out someone has trade marked the name of your food service burger brand and is now selling at Cole’s. If there are any trade-mark lawyers out there who can advise us on how this is legit, we’d really appreciate it if you could inbox us please! We may have quietly opened without telling you. Whoopsy! If you are in Collingwood tonight and up for a bite, a beer or just a peek, our new Japanese Americano eatery has just opened and the food is looking better than ever. Sit down for a ramen crusted chick’n burger with salted lotus chips, some crispy tempura jerk-pickled snake beans or dive into some plump kimcheese gyoza with crunchy black bean sauce. The beers cold, the room is warm and we’re ready to welcome you back. Future Izakaya is open tonight, tomorrow night and back Wednesday. Thanks for your unwavering support 🙏🏻💚

Todays the day we farewell our three love affair with all things burger. But to answer the burning question - will the new brand have any burgers? And for takeaway? It will. And we are sure we will revisit some of your old favourites from time to time but for now we must trade our final day at the good ship Green burger and make way for our new brand launch next week.

We have heaps to do before next weekend as we pave the way for a fully licensed dine in option and we trust you will support us on this journey and help us get it right - your feedback this last three years has been incredibly valuable to us!

If you are going to miss smashing a propper whopper or tearing through a twister ..todays the day to f**k off any silly ideas about dieting - you have a hall pass and we’re ready to rock! Big Mock?
