Our next dinner collaboration with Major Major Eatery and Take-out is coming up this Monday the 18th.

Neil Yates - former head chef at Huxtable and Easy Tiger and Matt Binney - former Head Chef at Merricote and current creator at The Cooks Collective, (pop up dinner specialists) are teaming up for a modern Asian three course feast.

The dinner will be part food battle, part love-in, and will fuse the hot and sour, rich and aromatic experiences from the cooking compendiums of both of these talented chefs.

When: Monday 18th September, bookings from 6pm.
Where: Major Major Eatery, 5 Smith Street, Fitzroy.
What: Three course set menu, plus a cocktail upon arrival, $75 per person. Optional $45 beverage match available.

As promised, Easy Tiger is hosting a series of dinners at Major Major Eatery and Take-out in Fitzroy.

Join the former Easy Tiger crew lead by ex-head chef Neil Yates for a three-course Easy Tiger pop-up banquet.

When: Monday 4th September, bookings from 6pm.
Where: Major Major Eatery, 5 Smith Street, Fitzroy.
What: Three course set menu, plus a cocktail upon arrival, $75 per person.
