Over Cup Weekend we fired up something pretty special at a private party called Echo Beach on a friend’s farm near Lake Eppalock.
A legend of a mate built this trailer from a handful of inspo photos and a conversation over a few cold ones and it has turned into a serious beast of a bbq on wheels
All real wood. All charcoal. All smoke.
We can run it hot and fast or low and slow. If you’re looking for something different for weddings, private parties, corporate events or end-of-year break-ups, we can tailor a menu to suit any style.
