Do you know how much Chlorine is in your coffee? If we make it, none
Anything and everything in the water will impact the overall taste and profile of the end product, that being coffees
Rather than trusting the water source to have some sort of consistency, the water being used is double filtered for good tasting, very consistent coffee, getting to enjoy more of the beauty from what Specialty Coffee has to offer and the high quality milks pairing, and less of the impurities that are found and added to water, which includes PFAS.
We use Lab Pua filter systems, having industry connection to help improve the coffee industry (no financial exchange)

Chlorine on its own, has a skunky alkaline feeling and taste, bordering on abrasive to taste receptors. That feeling of something not tasting quite right, Chlorine is part of the answer. The difference is not visible, but the difference is as stark as comparing tap water to store bought bottled water (Third picture, left is double filtered, right is tap water)
