The Bouly is Collie’s Café, and one thing we love about our little town is how everyone looks out for each other. 💚

After filling 9 Ooshie folders for all our Café Kids, we’ve somehow managed to collect a ridiculous amount of doubles… some characters we’ve got 9 or more of! 😂

So instead of them sitting in a tub, we’d love to see them help other local kids complete their collections.

If you’re chasing a few or have some doubles you’d like to swap, call into the Bouly. We’ve got a big tub full and are more than happy to trade.

There’s something pretty special about spending a Sunday getting ready for a busy week ahead.

Tomorrow we kick things off with some large catering orders, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful. It’s the perfect way to start the week and gets the whole team excited to do what we love most… make great food! ❤️

Every catering order means the world to us, whether it’s for 10 people or 100. Knowing you trust us with your events and enjoy the kitchen girls’ food as much as I do never gets old.

Thank you for keeping our little local café busy. We appreciate every single one of you. 🫶🏼

Crikey Collie, were you all hiding at home waiting to come out on the same day?! 😂

What an absolute cracker of a day and a pretty good reminder of why we love this town so much.

We loved seeing all the parents, grandparents and carers bringing the kids in to spend their Bouly Sports Vouchers. Seeing families sitting around the tables, kids with milkshake moustaches and everyone enjoying COLLIES CAFÉ is exactly what we’re all about.

Thanks for supporting local, supporting kids sport and supporting our little café. We might be the ones making the coffees and lunches, but it’s the people of Collie that make this place what it is. 💛

One thing we absolutely pride ourselves on is that EVERYTHING is homemade. ❤️

Today we’re rolling up our sleeves and making a fresh batch of our famous pasties. At the moment we only make our traditional Meat & Veg Pasties… but we need your help!

True locals know, The Bouly is Collie’s café. You’d all have a story or 10 of your times at this cafe growing up. We know we’re lucky enough to be the current custodians, but not mistaken in knowing this cafe actually belongs to no one but the locals so your ideas and feedback genuinely help shape what we make.
