The Club Hotel Collie is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and help drive the continued success of one of Collie's most iconic hospitality venues.
About the Role
As Bar & Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of our bars, restaurant, and guest service team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high operational standards, leading and developing staff, and ensuring compliance with all hospitality regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
Manage cash handling and venue procedures
Assist with promotions, functions, and special events
Maintain compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, and workplace health and safety requirements
Support business growth through strong leadership and operational excellence
About You
Previous experience in a hospitality management role
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with stock management
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Sound understanding of venue operations and compliance requirements
Current RSA certification (Approved Manager licence highly regarded)
