🌸 An Update from Little Rosellea
First of all, we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported Little Rosellea and followed our journey. Your kindness and encouragement truly mean the world to us.
We’d also like to apologise that we won’t be opening at a permanent location in Bunbury as we had hoped.
Before making that announcement, Little Rosellea had completed all the requirements set by the City of Bunbury, was officially registered as a Food Business, and was granted a Certificate of Registration of a Food Business to operate as a Temporary Food Stall.
With the hope of trading from a permanent location, we then applied for a Street Trading Licence. After reviewing our application, the City of Bunbury advised that Little Rosellea’s current business model isn’t permitted to operate from a fixed location under the current regulations. Unfortunately, this meant our application couldn’t move forward.
While this wasn’t the outcome we were hoping for, it’s certainly not the end of our journey.
For now, you’ll be able to find Little Rosellea at markets, festivals and community events across Western Australia. We’re excited to meet new faces, share our food, and be part of these wonderful local communities.
Our dream, however, hasn’t changed.
One day, we still hope to open Little Rosellea in a permanent location. As we continue to grow and build the business, we’ll be working towards a bigger vision when the time is right and we’ve built the financial foundation to make it happen.
