No need to wonder what’s for dinner tomorrow, Thursdays are for pasta at Meletos.

Each week, Chef Maxwell’s rotating menu continues to bring new seasonal bowls to the table, served with garlic butter focaccia from the wood-fired oven and finished with shaved pecorino.

$35 per bowl. Every Thursday night.

King’s Birthday long weekend is almost here! Have you made plans yet?

Alongside the slower rhythm of the long weekend, we’ll be serving a selection of new seasonal dishes, including salmon carpaccio with blood orange and capers: bright, delicate and layered with bursts of citrus and salinity in every bite.

Also joining the menu, Murray Valley pork chop with muntries and fennel barigoule, bringing warmth and richness to the table.

We’ll be open for lunch service only on Monday 8 June.

As Fireside Festival draws closer, Meletos and invite you to gather in the heart of the Yarra Valley for an evening shaped by smoke, flame, flowing wine and winter hospitality shared together.

Due to demand, we’ve released additional tickets, so you can bring a few more friends along for the evening. Expect roaming dishes served from the flames, candlelit spaces, mulled cider by the fire pits and live fire cooking throughout the night.

For those wanting to settle in for the full weekend, The Farmhouse Winter Escape offers the perfect retreat after the festivities. Overnight accommodation, breakfast for two, and a $100 Meletos dining credit to enjoy at your leisure.

Winter Escape rates begin at $400 midweek and $430 on Fridays and Saturdays.

As the weather grows colder, are you finding yourself craving evenings like these? Warm food straight from the fire, flowing wine, crackling flames and the comfort of gathering with friends and family around the table.

This winter, Meletos invites you to Gathered By the Fire, a one-night-only experience created alongside . An immersive evening of live fire cooking, roaming dishes served from the flames, blazing cocktails, candlelit spaces and slow winter moments shared around the fire.

Expect spit-roasted pig over the coals, woodfired bites, mulled cider by the fire pits, and wine tastings to begin the evening at the Cellar Door.

As the nights grow colder in the Yarra Valley, we invite you to gather by the fire.

For the very first time, Meletos will join forces with Fireside Festival and transform for one night only into an immersive feast over fire. Far from our usual dining experience. Think roaming dishes served straight from the flames, wine flowing between candlelit spaces, live fire cooking, blazing cocktails and slow winter moments shared with friends and family.

Begin the evening with wine tastings and canapés in the Cellar Door before moving into Meletos for a night shaped by smoke, coals and fire. From spit-roasted pig and woodfired bites to market fish, mulled cider and glowing fire pits, dishes will be served throughout the night as they emerge from the flames.

Less of a traditional dinner. More of a gathering.

Mother’s Day is in just THREE WEEKS. If it’s crept up on you, consider this your moment.

At Meletos, we’ve created a long lunch designed to feel generous, considered, and quietly celebratory. A menu shaped by Chef for mothers, and for anyone who fills that role in your life.

It begins with warm focaccia and cultured butter, followed by a spread of seasonal starters, think oysters with chardonnay mignonette and confit scallops with yellow tomato.

From there, something more substantial, king salmon with smoked butter or rolled pork with cider apple, with the option to upgrade to a ribeye to share.

Finished with something sweet, pear tarte tatin or chocolate parfait.

$110 per guest. Reservations are highly recommended.
