Our Sparkling Rosé, crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Colleen's Paddock, spends six years ageing on lees for exceptional depth and finesse.

Alongside it, our Blanc de Blanc is crafted exclusively from Chardonnay, offering a fresh and elegant expression of Yarra Valley sparkling.

Both awarded 93 points, they're the perfect accompaniment to long lunches, Spring Racing celebrations and special occasions.

Better yet, experience them at the estate. We're open Melbourne Cup Day, Tuesday 3 November.

Very proud to see our 2021 Colleen’s Paddock Pinot Noir recognised among Halliday’s Top 100 Wines of 2026. Selected as one of the top 20 red w**es of the year over $50 a bottle and one of only 4 Pinot Noir w**es included.

It’s a great honour to have this w**e acknowledged alongside some of Australia’s finest, and a wonderful recognition of the vineyard, the vintage and the care that goes into every bottle.

A huge congratulations to Paul and the entire w**emaking and vineyard team. Recognition like this is a reflection of years of precision, patience and an uncompromising approach to quality.
