There was a lad who was revving and smoking his VX HSV club sport last night at the Coles parking lot right next to two electric cars charging. Whilst I was doing my shopping, I had to endure the howl of pure Australian v8 muscle magic whilst the two sods hid in there vacuum cleaner cars waiting for the lion to stop it's loud roar.

I salute you Sir. What a ripper ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Hi All, who misses fresh fish?

You will notice shopfront lights are back on to remind all ( including me 😬) we are back open this Fryday.

Things to Notice:
1) New menu items:
-A variety of our fresh fishnchips meals for $10
-Fish burger back at the Apollo.

2) New operating hours over our 6 trading days.
Open later during weekend day ( sat and sun) lunches 1130am-245pm
Open til 9pm on Friday and Saturday night.

3) Absolutely no price increases on any menu item!!

4) Inflation buster menu price decreases. Prices on ALL HAMBURGERS ARE DOWN !!!!

Order by calling 0402755756, through with the app, OR, THE BEST WAY, come in and listen to Elvis, Stelio, The Footy, or ABC radio whilst u wait for your food to be freshly cooked.

At the highest level, the difference between a good burger and the best burger, is not only the quality of the meat, but the bread.

I found this shop in my regular spy travels where i travel around like Agent Maxwell Smart, trying to go unnoticed. I looked at the cook and owner. Lebanese. Mmmmmm, I said, this gooonnnnnna beee good!

The bread roll u see is fresh baked, it's fresh bread.
In 32 years of eating burgers, the best I've ever had in Marvellous Melbourne. He cuts the bread roll, per order, yes, that's right, per order.

The picture u see above is the one I took home on Saturday night. I smasphed one Saturday night. I had this one, just now, Sunday lunch, watching the footy on TV. Melted in the pallet.

Fresh means, never frozen to me.
Prawns are frozen, all prawns are frozen!
How can u tell? The hairs on these are brittle. The hair of a fresh Prawn out of 💧is soft, curls, feels like stringy human hair. It doesn't snap off

That's my fit for the day...back to holiday mode!!
