Part-Time Bar Attendant:
Hours: Weekends & Weeknights (minimum 15 hours, with more available)
Requirements:
• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred
• Coffee experience required
• Valid RSA
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and serving alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
• Taking and processing customer orders
• Making and serving quality coffee
• Maintaining bar cleanliness and restocking supplies
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Assisting with basic closing and cleaning duties
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
Part-Time Senior Bar Staff / Manager
Shifts: Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights (minimum 15 hours, with more available)
Requirements:
• Proven bar management or senior bar staff experience
• Coffee experience required
• Valid RSA
• Confident, reliable, and capable of leading a team
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Responsibilities include:
• Leading and supervising staff during busy night services
• Overseeing bar operations and ensuring efficient service
• Making and serving coffee and drinks to a high standard
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering/restocking
• Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions, balancing tills, and closing the venue
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons
• Training and supporting new team members
• Communicating effectively with management about daily operations and improvements
