We’re looking for a few more good humans to join us at The Pav!

We’re on the hunt for juniors who are keen to get into hospo, learn some new skills, have a laugh and be part of a really great crew.

We’re also looking for some FOH legends with a little experience behind them. These roles will be shared between The Jetty Pavilion + Silvio’s Italiano, so there’ll be plenty of variety and a chance to be part of two awesome venues.

Mostly, we’re looking for people who are reliable, friendly, don’t mind getting stuck in and genuinely enjoy being around people.

Family man, surfer, business owner, bloody good cocktail maker and all round good human.
