It’s been a while but we’re incredibly excited to welcome you all back for another delicious season. As you may have heard, we’ve decided to make Coffin Bay our permanent home and this time we’re not holding back. We’re going all out!

We’re on the hunt for talented chefs to join our team as we prepare for another exciting summer!

Santis Coffin Bay is a 150-seat venue just a 30-minute drive from Port Lincoln or a 50-minute flight from Adelaide. Nestled on the esplanade, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the bay and the renowned oyster farms of Coffin Bay.

We’re kicking off the season with a brand-new menu featuring our contemporary take on classic Southeast Asian flavours. Plus, we’re extending our daytime offerings, making it an exciting time to be part of a dynamic and busy team.

We’re looking for the right person to fill multiple positions with full-time hours. We welcome all applicants, whether you’re a local chef seeking a new challenge or a city chef (or couple) looking for a sea change.
