I’ve been quiet over here for a while… pondering what’s next, doing this and that. But I have a few exciting things on the horizon. One is a photography project, you see my career prior to opening my restaurant in Cobram, has been many things including photography. I will be launching a solo portrait photography day coming soon in an absolutely beautiful location, the focus being you. After finding a wonderful portrait of my great grandfather I realised that we just don’t do that much anymore. Second last day done, thank you to a full house full of very patient and lovely customers. Open as usual tomorrow, and the door will be open post lunch should you like to come and have your last drink **e_cobram at my beautiful space in Bank St. Doors will close near to 6:30. What will be on offer is what’s left ☺️💛.

My second last week at Bank St Cobram, my menu is an ode to a dear friend and my most important mentor Karen Martini who has allowed me to cook a few of her dishes, my favourite from days past. Thank you chef for your never ending inspiration and support 🙌🏼
