This week we are trying our hand at Nachos! Mainly because it’s one of my favourites, if they are yours too, pop in and give it a try. White corn tortilla chips, a sprinkling of tasty cheese, a mix of black and red beans and freshly made guacamole with fresh tomatoes and seasoning. See you soon.

I know I’ve said this before, and I’ll probably say it again, but it’s true… we have been so lucky at The Corner Shop to attract such incredible staff. This little foursome of .crosbyy .devincentis06 have been keeping you plied with coffee, gelato, toasties and juices… gelato shakes, scones and sweets. Smiles and laughs and good will for a bloody long time for the world of hospitality. We are eternally grateful to them, our incredible juniors and all the staff who have been, and to all the staff who will follow. But tomorrow is a special day for one in particular. Miss Eliza Crosby will be swinging the tools at The Corner Shop one last time. Tomorrow is her last day at the shop so we will be celebrating all things Eliza as we wish her well on her next exciting adventure. Come in and say ‘see ya later’, she’d love to see you. Wherever you go Eliza, and whatever you do, remember you have left your mark on our little business and we are all the better for it. The melding of minds… Damien and Leesa have created this dish of spinach and ricotta tortellini with sautéed green capsicum, roast cherry tomatoes, capers, olives and ricotta. Yummo 😋. Pop in and say hi to the crew and maybe grab a cheeky, rainy Tuesday vino. We also have our Bruschetta and all your usual favourites. See you soon. 👋
