Have you ever wondered what to do with the crusts of your Raisin Bread 🍞 or any bread for that matter
Here's an idea for you that we made yesterday
French Raisin Toast
Whisk together a couple of eggs with some milk
Add some cinnamon sugar and a little vanilla essence
Dip your bread in the mixture (just quickly)
Pan fry in some butter (you can pour a little bit of the egg mix in as well if you like)
Fry until golden
Add maple syrup, powdered sugar and fruit and you have yourself a scrumptious little brunch/dessert
