And lastly!! All my dreams of running a successful shop would not of happened if I didn’t have these two Greek mates who taught me what it takes to serve up years of the best flavour and freshness money can buy. They supported me all the way and never hesitated help me when I needed it… except Nick sometimes depending on the mood he’s in 😂 thanks guys

It's with a sad heart that I have to say, after 9 years of running Pasadena charcoal chicken from the ground up, building friendships with our customers of all backgrounds and ages, knowing your orders back to front, but we have sold our shop. 😔 Having never run a charcoal chicken business before, I would start off by thanking Jodie and Ian Mitchell for giving me the opportunity of a lifetime. I would like to thank all the workers who have come and gone; you all played a part in the success of our business, and we grew together and built everlasting friendships. But finally, and I think the whole of Clyde can vouch for this, I would like to thank my mum and dad for being my rock; without them, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Their work ethic, strength, and pride in providing the best product consistently have carried me day to day. 🙏❤️ I would also like to thank my sister, as beautiful on the outside and bossy on the inside; my quality control sis made sure everyone had their chips not burnt and stacked and had enough gravy. I would like everyone to welcome the new owners and support them as you did with me. I will be assisting them for a few months, so you guys will still see my beautiful face. Pasadena charcoal chicken would like to wish everyone a merry Christmas and a happy new year. 300 odd chickens later we crawled over the line again. We will have 2 weeks off and re open back up on the 13 th of January.

Don’t want to panic anyone but please get in early for your Xmas turkey and chickens before I stop taking orders. There is a limited amount I can cook so book it in asap!
