Some favourites are never planned. 🥐

Our Crème Brûlée Croissant began as a weekend special back in 2019, when we first discovered the magic of crème mousseline — a silky French custard enriched with butter until it becomes irresistibly smooth and luscious.

Paired with our freshly baked, golden, flaky croissant and finished with golden toffee, it didn’t take long for this little weekend experiment to become a La Bouche signature.

Years later, it’s still one of the pastries we’re proudest to make — and a customer favourite that has earned its place in our cabinet.
