They asked if we had a shop. We don't. We bring lunch to yours.

A few weeks ago we catered a lunch for a local vet hospital in Moorabbin. The feedback came back: "Everyone said it was delicious, and it was the nicest Vietnamese food they had ever eaten. They all wanted to know if we had a shop."

We don't. We have two trucks and a growing catering calendar.

Mum makes every single one by hand.

The Hanoi Spring Rolls at our private catering events start here. In the kitchen. The day before your event.

She was making nem ran before the truck existed, before the catering business, before any of it. Growing up in our Hanoi family, nem ran appeared at every gathering. The aunties would sit at the table, rolling and wrapping. The rest of us helped, picking fresh herbs, rinsing them, making the nuoc cham dressing, one or two of us deep-frying when the time came.

This tradition is still here. For every private catering booking, Mum still makes them by hand.

The faces behind the truck 👋

Twelve years ago, Ken and Kathy started Nem N' Nem cooking Vietnamese street food out of a little trailer at Yarraville Garden. Today it's two trucks across Melbourne — same family, same recipes, same sauces, pickles and marinades made in-house from scratch.

When you order from us at an event, you're being fed by the people who've been doing this since day one. Come say hi at the window.
