Dear Customers,

As previously mentioned, one of our staff members has tested positive for COVID-19 and therefore we decided to close the store for the past 2 days. This allowed our other staff members to get tested themselves as well as getting the premises deep cleaned.

Thankfully, none of our other staff members have tested positive since. However, we have made the decision to close for the weekend and reopen as normal starting Monday the 16th of May to ensure that no one else develops symptoms and/or tests positive; ensuring that our customers also remain safe and healthy :)

Again, we thank you for your patronage and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused!

With the 5-day lockdown coming up as of midnight tonight, we will remain open during the lockdown but sadly will be returning to takeaway only service up until midnight Wednesday.

We do however provide delivery service via uber eats for all your breaky and lunch fix!

What a crazy few weeks it has been! 😳

We just want to let you all know that YES, we are OPEN and back for in-house dining as well as takeaway! 🥳

Following the governments advice and guidelines, we’ve had to make a few changes to our usual system:

- At this moment in time, we can only have 20 people indoors and 10 in our outdoor seating area, with a maximum of 6 on one table. We would appreciate that everyone please refrain from moving the tables as they are specifically measured out according to the 1.5m social distancing guidelines. Booking a table is highly recommended, especially on the weekends and upcoming school holidays!

- We are now doing full table service in order to avoid a bit of a congregation forming at the front counter. Let our staff come and seat you and take your order! The less people in one spot, the better! This also means that we can not provide a split bill service.

- No use of personal coffee cups. I know, I know. We love making coffees in your keep cups and Mother Earth thanks you for it! But for now, we have to continue to use our biodegradable coffee cups for the safety of our customers and staff.

- If you are dining in, we MUST take your contact details to assist with contact tracing if needed. This is compulsory as set by the government. Legally, we cannot serve you if you prefer not to leave details. Details are left with us for 28 days and from then, are shredded and disposed of in an appropriate manner.

We just want to say a big thank you to everyone that popped in during those 8 weeks of takeaway only; whether it be for food, coffee or for a little chat- we appreciate you!

We missed you all and can’t wait to get back to serving you great food and coffee once again!

Hi everyone,

I’m sure you’re all aware of the new rules regarding restaurants and cafès that were put into place yesterday.

Because of this sudden change, we’ve had to close our cafè until Thursday while we prepare and figure out all the logistics.

We will reopen on Thursday for TAKEAWAY ONLY.

These past few weeks have been scary and confusing, and as the guidelines change each day, we make sure to do our part and adjust accordingly.

Over the weekend, we removed over half the tables and chairs in our indoor seating area, rearranged our outdoor furniture and put signs up reminding customers to respect the social distancing guidelines. We want to thank everyone who did their part and respected that.
