After 10 incredible years, it’s time for us to say goodbye to one very special member of the Palermo’s family. ❤️

Tristin, it’s hard to put into words just how much you’ve meant to us over the years. You’ve been such a huge part of Palermo’s through the busy nights, the laughs, the chaos, the banter and everything in between.

But more than being an incredible staff member, you’ve become family. You’re one of the kindest, funniest and most genuine people we know, and Palermo’s simply won’t be the same without you.

We’ve watched you grow over the past 10 years, shared so many memories with you, and we feel incredibly lucky that you chose to spend such a big chapter of your life with us.

As you head back to America to start your next chapter, we couldn’t be happier for you… even though saying goodbye is going to be really hard. 🇺🇸❤️

Some staff members come and go, but some become part of the story.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of watching young teenagers walk through our doors looking for their first job and leave as confident young adults ready for their next chapter.

Recently, a few of our long-time team members have moved on, and while we’ll miss having them around, we’re incredibly grateful for the years they spent with us.
Thank you for the hard work, loyalty, laughs, late nights, and friendships. Thank you for helping us serve our community and for being part of the Palermo’s journey.

We are proud of everything you’ve achieved and excited to see where life takes you next.
