Baileys Gelato….not your ordinary gelato flavour….Typically a sweet flavour. That’s why we add Ghana caramelised Cocoa Nibs to contrast the sweetness of the Baileys with the bitterness of the cocoa nibs and also create a crunchiness that compliments the final result….we are looking forward to hear your opinion….Weekend is about to start and more gelato is coming….🔥🔥🔥🔥

CIOCCOLATO ARANCIO….the Italian style Jaffa….a bit different from your ordinary Chocolate Orange. We use Modicano Chocolate from Modica in Sicily .Is made using an ancient Aztec method to give intentionally a coarse, crumbly and grainy texture to the intense cold process chocolate.
We are pretty sure we will see lots of affectionate customers tonight…YUUUUUMMMMM

CASSATA SICILIANA….is an opulent traditional Sicilian dessert….a contrast of colour s,texture, sweetness and richness .Historically created in Palermo during the Arab rule of Sicily.
We do it here at Gelateria Gondola respecting the Sicilian tradition and using the authentic vertical Cattabriga EFFE 6 gelato batch freezer allowing to preserve the chunky pieces of chocolate and candied fruit….
Not a flavour you will find in every Gelateria here in Australia
