🚗 GRAND FINAL PARKING & IMPORTANT INFORMATION – CAVENDISH REC RESERVE 🚗

We’re looking forward to welcoming clubs, players, supporters and spectators to Cavendish Rec Reserve for the SWDFNL Grand Final on Saturday 5 September!

With a big crowd expected, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the Grand Final Parking Map before arriving.

🔵 GENERAL PARKING

Parking areas will be filled progressively throughout the day:

Parking 1 → Parking 2 → Parking 3 → Parking 4

Parking attendants will direct vehicles to the appropriate area. Signage will indicate which parking area is currently open, with the next area opening once the previous one is full.

Please follow the directions of our parking attendants and volunteers to help keep traffic moving safely and efficiently.

RESERVED PARKING

Any reserved parking requests must be made direct to your home club as these spots are limited. Your home club can request a reserved park on your behalf.

🚌 CLUB BUSES

If your club is planning to bring a bus to the Grand Final, please let us know in advance so we can make appropriate parking arrangements.

➡️ ENTRY & EXIT

All vehicles should enter via the ENTRY ONLY point shown on the map.

Vehicles can leave the reserve at any time via the alternate EXIT ONLY point. No entry will be permitted through this exit, and it will be monitored throughout the day.

🅿️ ADDITIONAL PARKING

Limited street parking is available around Cavendish.

⚠️ Please DO NOT park on the highway.

Additional parking is available along Main Street, at the Town Hall and at the Bunyip Hotel car park for those happy to walk a little further to the ground.

🚫🐕 STRICTLY NO DOGS

ALL DOGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED from Cavendish Rec Reserve on Grand Final Day, with the exception of assistance dogs.

Please leave your pets at home. This restriction applies throughout the reserve for the duration of the event.

⏰ PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY

We’re expecting a big Grand Final crowd, so we strongly encourage everyone to arrive early and allow some extra time to get parked and into the ground.

Please familiarise yourself with the map before travelling and follow all signage and directions from our volunteers on the day.

🏆🏉 WE’RE HEADING TO THE GRAND FINAL! 🏉🏆

Just a little heads up to our wonderful customers — the café will be CLOSED on Saturday, 5th September as we head up to the Grand Final to support our local footy club! ❤️💙

We’ll still be busy making sure everyone gets their coffee fix, so come and find us up at the footy! ☕️🏉
