argentinian born head chef Juan Branto is bringing some argentinian vibes to our father’s day lunch with a menu inspired by his homeland.

bRuTo will be running 3 seatings across the afternoon with limited seats available in our little venue.

we are serving up a $75pp shared 5 course menu and dad gets a very cold serve of spain’s favourite beer, Estrella, on us.

Born and raised in Argentina, bRuTo head chef Juan Branto has spent the last 4 years expanding his knowledge and polishing his craft in Australia. Working in kitchens like Alo's Bistro in Argentina and Restaurant Labart in Burleigh Heads, laid the foundations of French cooking techniques, which he now blends with his Argentinian background and ever growing curiosity
