And after a week of rain and chilly weather, we couldn't think of a better one.

Say hello to Bún Hải Sản — our new Vietnamese seafood noodle soup featuring barramundi, prawns and squid.

One spoonful, and suddenly the weather doesn't seem so bad.

Nếp is more than a name.

In Vietnamese, "Nếp" refers to sticky rice — something simple, familiar, and deeply connected to family, tradition, and sharing meals together. It is often at the heart of celebrations, gatherings, and everyday moments around the table.

That spirit is what inspired us to create Nếp.
