An Ending. New Beginnings.

It is with a mixed bag of big feels that we announce that on the 22 October we will be closing our doors at Table et Terroir Maldon.

A winter’s evening at the restaurant brought guests who proposed a new adventure for our little family and we have decided to take the plunge and begin a new chapter.

It was not the easiest of decisions to make as we are so proud of what we have done in such a short space of time - creating delicious dishes from the incredible, local and organic produce this region of ours grows. What a privilege it has been to work with our growers and farmers!

So with a handful of weeks left to enjoy our convivial gastronomy on the goldfields, head to our link in bio to book your table.

This weekend only we’ve got an extra special offering with our eye-fillet with grade 9 marbling (for folks playing away that’s pretty ace…it’s tasty!).

Served with a mushroom cream sauce, braised mushrooms from , crispy kale and pickled daikon and creamy potato mash this dish is a feast for the eyes and tastebuds!

Wednesday is Market Day!

Gotta love that mid week market where we head to town to collect the amazing produce of local growers for the busy weekend ahead.

These beautiful mushrooms from will feature alongside our delicious eye-fillet this weekend. Served with a buttery mashed potato and beef and red wine jus, it’s a little bit decadent - just the way we like it! But get in quick as we are serving this time exceptional cut of Wagyu this weekend only!

New Dish.

Yeah I know, it’s all about moving with the seasons but the Chef can’t stop, won’t stop making new dishes weekly…just to keep us on our toes - also because winter is actually super bountiful and full to the brim with delish produce!

A vegetarian main to delight the senses!

Silverbeet Raviole w .goat.cheese / fried sage and crouton.

Available this weekend and pairs perfectly w Pinot Blanc.
