Ramen and Tacos was a covid baby born out of wanting to specialise in two dishes very close to my heart; comfort food that I could eat every day but could focus all creative energy towards making the best ramen and tacos we could: this included making our own organic noodles, making our own misos, shoyus, garums, growing and fermented our own Chiles, etc - whilst this made especially the ramen very high in food cost (will have a separate rant about this on a seperate post 😬) we discovered how to make very delicious condiments and seasonings on the way!

I would like to expand on everything I have learnt over the pandemic, share and grow it, but cannot do it whilst trying to run a tight ship (both quality and budget wise) that is a humble local restaurant.

So last service as Ramen and Tacos will be 23rd of April! (One month from now) - so if you want your last carne asada, fish taco and ramen fix (for now) book in any day of the week because weekends will book very quickly (if not already)

But locals, do not fret, there is something even more exciting happening on 79 Edinburgh Road that I know you will love especially if you missed the old Yang & Co so watch this space!

Come by over the next month and can tell you more over some mezcal x
