🍸 MEET JOHN — Ploy Im Aroy’s slightly unexpected bartender.

The last time John was making cocktails properly, Tom Cruise was still flipping bottles in Cocktail… and some of the young bucks behind bars today probably weren’t even born yet. 😄

He might not be the fastest.
He definitely won’t be throwing bottles over his shoulder.
But somehow… the drinks keep coming out pretty good.

John has worked his way through the cocktail menu, mastered the drinks we serve, and has also developed a few Ploy Im Aroy creations of his own — including Blue Monsoon, Ploy Paradise, Siam Sunset, plus refreshers like Royal Orchid, Maya Bay, Golden Hour and Thai Sunrise.

And if you feel like testing him with something that’s not on the menu, go for it.

If he’s got the ingredients behind the bar, he’ll usually give it a crack.

No fancy tricks.
No bottle flipping.
Possibly a quick look of concentration.
Then hopefully… a very good drink. 🍹😂

So next time you see John behind the bar, feel free to challenge him.

Worst case: he checks the recipe.
Best case: you’ve just found your new favourite cocktail. 🍸
