Marathon runners this one’s for you! 🍝🏃🏻‍♂️

Carb-loading isn’t just an excuse to eat pasta (though we fully support that 😏) it’s science! Here’s why it matters:

1️⃣ Fuel storage: Carbs top up your glycogen levels - your body’s main energy source for endurance.
2️⃣ Supports performance: More glycogen = more stamina, helping you go the distance.
3️⃣ Improved recovery: A strong carb base reduces fatigue and muscle soreness post-race.
4️⃣ Mental boost: Let’s be honest… a comforting bowl of pasta makes everything better. ❤️🍝

Need us say more? 😉
Come in today and get race-day ready the Italian way 🇮🇹
