Great to see a proper Amaro selection, and the
fun vibes continue all the way through to the selection of big 'party bottles'. Charisma is high with this
minimal-intervention-leaning selection, with lots of inclusions that sit outside the same old, same old.'

One of our favourites right now...

Conchiglie, tiger prawn, vodka sauce, wood sorrell & basil oil. Here, we roast the prawn shells and blitz them into a crunchy garnish to finish, much like a pangrattato - it's the texture that really elevates this one.

Available from 6pm!

Well, that's a wrap for Truffle w/ Friends 2026. If you missed it, don't worry, you can still get this incredible dish for the next few weeks.

Lasagne - celeriac, porcini, raclette & truffle, layered between house-made pasta. We bake the whole tray, then each slice is grilled on each side, so nobody misses out on those 'crispy bits'. Served on top of pecorino foam, finished with saltbush...and more truffle.

This truffle comes from The Icy Creek Truffle Co. out near Mt Baw Baw, Gippsland, foraged by Wilf and his beautiful kelpie/collie cross, Milky.

Thanks to all of our guests who helped us celebrate another bumper Australian truffle season!

Inpired by trips to Calabria - the beginnings of our next house-made tipple, Bergamotcello.

Bergamot season is short and sweet, but this citrus fruit offers so many layers of complexity, zingy with floral notes of earl grey. High proof alcohol extracts more flavour from the zest, after some time resting, sugar is added to balance, simple.

Check back in six weeks for a taste.
