When I bought these spores direct from Japan I was doing some late night shopping and accidentally bought $1000 worth instead of $100.

Food costing was off that month but my cheap labour on these miso pastes is bringing it slightly back in line.

Dan’s winery in the Macedon Ranges, where he has been working around the clock - pruning, picking, pressing, and all the other hundred thousand things that go with owning a vineyard. Early signs of the wine are tasting incredible so we are very excited to see how it turns out
