To celebrate, we’re introducing a fresh new cocktail—the Flora Dora. Made with gin, crushed raspberries and raspberry liqueur, then topped with sparkling ginger ale, it’s fruity, refreshing and unmistakably spring. 🍓🍸

Settle in under the trees and enjoy delicious food from The Gilded Spoon, a Flora Dora or two, and farm-fresh avocados for just 50c each. 🥑

Introducing our Father’s Day cocktail:

Created especially for Dad, this is our take on an Old Fashioned—rich, smooth and gently spiced, with roasted wattleseed syrup and aromatic bitters, served short over ice.

Of course, every dad has different tastes…

🍸 Perhaps he’d prefer an Espresso Martini or a bright Gin Sour
🫚 Maybe a refreshing Spicy Ginger, poured straight from the tap
🧀 A cheese and charcuterie board with a leisurely cocktail
🍺 Or simply a cold beer with a smashed burger and crispy chips from The Gilded Spoon

Whatever Dad’s idea of a perfect Father’s Day might be, we’ve got him covered.

We’ve been busy down in the distillery lab, experimenting with a brand-new cocktail created especially for Dad. We think he’s going to like this one! 🍸
