We’re looking for a Cook or Chef to join our friendly team at the Captains Flat Hotel, available to start from late October.

If you love good pub food, enjoy working with a great bunch of people and would rather work in a relaxed country pub than a high-pressure city kitchen, we’d love to hear from you.

A huge thank you to **QPRC** for approving our application to have tables out the front of the Captains Flat Hotel!

Just in time for summer, you’ll now have even more ways to enjoy **The Pub** — grab a table out the front, relax in our **beautiful b**r garden**, enjoy a meal and a bevvy in the sunshine, or settle in for some **fantastic live music on our outdoor stage**. 🎶🍺

With **multiple outdoor areas**, great food, cold drinks and live music, summertime at The Pub is looking pretty bloody good! ☀️🍻

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable **𝒋𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓** to join our team at **Captains Flat Hotel**.

Perfect for someone looking for a casual job, some extra $$ and experience working in a busy country pub.

**Shifts available:**
• Wednesday–Friday — Dinner
• Saturday — Lunch and/or Dinner
• Sunday — Lunch

Duties will include helping out in the kitchen, dishes, food prep, serving meals, clearing tables and generally keeping things running smoothly.
